SCHOOL WITHIN SCHOOL AT GODING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- ANNE GODING BUILDING
SPD Contracting, Inc. was put on as a subcontractor by contractor Gilbane Building Company in November of 2020. The project scope included but was not limited to: furnish, install, and provide all labor, material, equipment and qualified supervision to complete the successful execution of the scoped new work; to include the complete installation of temporary stairs, decks, landings, and canopy set on concrete masonry unit blocks that are positioned on ABS pads with pertaining clips, hangers and fasteners.
All SPD Contracting, Inc. scope is to be executed in a continuous fashion without delays, interference, or external hindrance. SPD must repair all scope damaged by others, with prior executed documentation by authorized personnel in order to guarantee full payment and maintain warranty of work.
