DC MAYOR‘S OFFICE

SPD Contracting, Inc. received a request from the TPM Group to execute an emergency renovation of the D.C. Mayor’s office. This renovation required an immediate manpower corresponding to each trade that would be covered, along with: field measurements, design, value engineering, and the procurement, shipping and staging of materials. The window given to us to complete this project was 72 hours- from mobilization through the final cleaning.

Electrical components were removed, altered and added in order to accommodate the requested purpose of the space and equipment that would be added. Low voltage components consisted of salvaging existing network connections and alterations to existing equipment and their adjacent components. Protection of the existing to remain, disposal of unnecessary and removed components, hauling of all debris, and the completion of the final clean led to the successful close out of this project.
